Layered magical weapons

SO my thought was to have layered magical weapon with , weapon special abilities:
core made of Mithral
+5
Flaming burst, Wounding, Keen

Outer layer left side: made of Adamantine
+5
Speed, corrosive burst

outer layer right side; made of Adamantine
+5
Vorpal
then use Sovereign Glue to put the layers together.

Is this possible then what about hammer axe combo with the heads of each having, and shaft different powers. I could go on but i think you should get the idea.

Short answer: no.

Longer answer (practical): when you layer things together, for the most part only the top layer has an effect. A Tootsie Pop tastes like hard candy until you lick/bite through to the chocolate core.

Longer answer (rules): there is rules support for double weapons with different properties on each end of the weapon, but what you are describing is creating a new “superweapon” that has an unlimited amount of properties at once. Rules hard cap at +10 equivalent. No matter where you fall on the RAW/RAI spectrum, this is pretty clearly an attempt to circumvent the rules.

Longer answer (designer/GM): I can’t find it now, but there was some thread about sovereign glue-ing a whole bunch of alchemical weapons together into a superbomb. A Paizo designer chimed in with “If one of my players came up with it on the spur of the moment as a solution to a particular problem I would probably allow it that time. But it’s not really allowed per the rules and it wouldn’t be something I would allow as a regular, continuing option.”

Description Source: Ultimate Equipment

Weapons and armor can be crafted using materials that have innate special properties. If you make a suit of armor or a weapon out of more than one special material, you get the benefit of only the most prevalent material. However, you can build a double weapon with each head made of a different special material.

Each of the special materials described below has a definite game effect. Some creatures have damage reduction that makes them resistant to all but a special type of damage, such as that dealt by evil-aligned weapons or bludgeoning weapons. Others are vulnerable to weapons of a particular material. Characters may choose to carry several different types of weapons, depending upon the types of creatures they most commonly encounter.

As for enchants, you are enchanting the entire weapon, not parts of it (again, with a specific exception for double weapons, which are enchanted individually).

So, no, this will not work...

On a side note, the special materials are fairly pointless once you get to a +5 enchantment point anyway (Weapons with a +5 enhancement bonus to hit/dmg already pierce magic, cold iron, silver, adamantine, and alignment-based Damage Reduction)

With the sole exception of adamantine, as the enhancement bonus does not overcome hardness. (And a real adamantine weapon is more difficult for your opponents to sunder.)

As a niche case GMs I know (and myself) don't allow high enhancement bonuses to count as special materials for suppressing regeneration. Rather durn rare issue.

How could you afford such a monster? The whole thing would be 600k at least. It costs almost 3/4 the wealth of what a level 20 character is expected to have.

Souldrinkers craft for free.

Summon a victim, buy a centipede for 1 copper each or target your cacodaemon. Ether way you can easily get 1000 gp worth of soul pool point per day to craft with.

All for the low-low price of the bottom of your shoe...

And being a villain.

For gluing weapons together: no. Pieces of weapons can't be enchanted (outside of double weapons), and gluing weapons together doesn't leave you with a weapon, it leaves you with an improvised stick.
