Wyvaran. Gestalt of Eldritch Scion Magus 5 on one side and Inspired Blade Swashbuckler 1 / Oath of the People's Council Paladin 4 on the other.
EITR rules are in effect as is Mythic. We just reached Mythic and I am going to take Mythic Weapon Finesse as my Mythic Feat. So I no longer need Fencing Grace and need to retrain it. I also need his regular level 5 feat as we just leveled up and the bonus combat feat from Magus.
His other feats are Weapon Focus, Dodge, Alertness, and Combat Reflexes.
Any suggestions?

Assuming you traded away Derring-Do and Dodging Panache deeds for the Vengeful Heart deed of renown... then Unconquerable Resolve is what I would retrain Fencing Grace into. I would use the level 5 feat for Extra Magus Arcana, and grab the Familiar arcana. That might even open up retraining Alertness, unless that's how you got that in the first place. Magus bonus feats can be item creation feats, so you could pick up Scribe Scroll... they can also be metamagic feats, so something like Intensify Spell might be useful sooner rather than later.

I recommend retraining these three. The Magus guide has a bunch of suggestions.
Also, for a cha-based character, Noble Scion and Steadfast Personality are good picks.

No, I didn't change any deeds away. He already has a familiar and that is how I'm getting Alertness. So that can't be retrained.
Weapon Focus can't be retrained either. It's a specifically named class bonus feat. And I really only need Fencing Grace retrained right now.
Noble Scion is very thematic with this character. Scion of Absalom looks helpful. An extra language and +1 to Diplo is nice. And having high Will saves is always great.
Ok. So that's 2 down and one to go.

If you already have fencing grace I would not bother with mythic weapon finesse, unless you plan on using a variety of different weapons. If you will only be using a rapier it is a waste to take mythic weapon finesse. The big advantages to mythic weapon finesse are that a) you can get DEX to damage on any weapon you can use weapon finesse on, b) you can use it on a two handed weapon. Mythic Feats can be incredibly powerful Using one for something a normal feat can accomplish is a poor choice.
Do you have a high enough STR for power attack? If so consider taking that as both your bonus feat and mythic feat. Mythic power attack gives you +3 to damage per -1, and on a critical hit its bonus is doubled before it is multiplied. You can also spend a mythic point to ignore the penalty to hit for a minute.
If you don’t have the STR for power attack I would go with mythic weapon focus. The nice thing about mythic weapon focus is that it doubles the bonus for both weapon focus and greater weapon focus. Spending two feats and a single mythic feat gets you a +4 to your chance to hit. You can also further boost that by spending a mythic point to add half your tier to for a full turn.
Both of these feats scale up as your level/tier increases which makes them better choices than a flat bonus.

A possibly important point, Fencing Grace is not compatible with Spell Combat, if Mythic Weapon Finesse is then it could be worth it.
Eldritch Scion is really bad at spell combat. They need to have eldritch pool active to use it and it a whole thing.
Having said that, for a shocking grasp build things like Critical Focus, Improved Critical, and other critical hit feats are good. Avoid things that cost a swift action.
Probably good to get combat casting, spell focus, and a good metamagic.

Eldritch Scion is great at using spell combat as long as (1) you have about 10-12 rounds of combat per day, which is pretty normal for a lot of campaigns, OR (2) you spend a feat on extra arcane pool, OR (3) you're level 8 and up, so you can use it any time without focus.
Spell combat is such a powerful ability that you really want to use it as often as possible. Action economy wins combats, people.
(edit) OP, what's your bloodline?

Ok, so I went with Mythic Weapon Finesse so I can Spell Combat if I need to. I'm thinking of going with Battle Cry since it stacks with Inspire Courage on attack rolls. And Death From Above as well. He's a Wyvaran and is pretty much always flying in battle. So that's helpful when he has to move towards the enemy anyway.

On that note, I would suggest Flyby attack. It's a monster feat, but seems appropriate for a wyvaran pc. Hopefully, your gm would agree.
