Gladiators?

Say I want my next character to be a hero of the arena sands, skilled in bloodsport - where would they be from? I’m only aware of Tymon in the River Kingdoms and Scrapwall in Numeria. Is there anywhere known for it in Garund?

There is a gladiatorial arena in the city of Arena in the Shackles.

Taldor has a gladiatorial arena in Oppara.

Varisia has Zincher's Arena in Riddleport and the Bloodworks in Urglin.

The Song'os have a stick-fighting arena in Estad de Bomaye, but that doesn't sound like what you are looking for.

Casmaron has the Hanging Coliseum.

If the bloodsport that your gladiator participated in doesn't need to be lethal, then the Irorium, located in Absalom, is also a viable option.

I know that bloodsport does rather connote lethal combat, but I think what is and what isn't considered lethal play may shift on Golarion where healing magic is readily available.

You could have a dope campaign travelling to all those arenas. Becoming the champion of champions.

Crown's End in Sargava is mentioned as having an arena in Beyond the Pool of Stars by Howard Andrew Jones.

I'm not sure what has happened to it with the transition to Vidrian as an entity, but it was definitely there.
