I vaguely remember reading something that said that if you have a bonus to healing effects that it applies only to one of the times that it heals something. I don't remember exactly where it was though. Which means that I also don't remember if it was for a particular spell or if it was a general rule.
So it does seem a bit unfair that a status penalty would be applied to every instance of healing that you would benefit from, but that is indeed the way the rule reads.

That's a good point. I wonder if it's the same for penalties though.

I remember something similar, but I thought it was in the description of the bonus itself and not a general rule. I don't remember what it's from, though, so I can't say for sure.

Here is one. Positive Attunement - a spell specific rule.
So unless someone can find something more general, then I would have to say that any bonuses or penalties to the amount of healing are applied to all healing events even if they are from the same spell.
