Bespell Weapon the next turn

So on turn one, I move and cast any spell, let's say burning hands.

On turn two, I use Bespell Weapon then attack three times with a damage boost. Because my most recent action (i.e. on turn one) was to cast a spell.

Does that work or is there something I'm missing?

I allow it to work.

"most recent action". I think it's supposed to be during your current turn but I don't know if there's raw to support that.

There is not - at least not as far as I know. There also isn't RAW to support that it does work either.

There are benefits to both sides. There are successful arguments for both sides. There are drawbacks to both sides. There are successful arguments against both sides.

So the best thing to do is to be aware of the consequences of both rulings and choose the one that is appropriate for your table.
