Can my sorcerer take Quickened Casting (sorcerer), then take Quickened Casting (wizard) at level 20 via Advanced Arcana in order to be able to Quicken two spells a day (one from each class) since they are two separate feats?

It's technically the same feat even though it's from a different class. Probably not allowed.

It's the same feat from different sources.

Yep! Falls in the same situation of shield cantrip.
