Which classes can get familiars?

Witches automatically.

Alchemist, Wizards, and Sorcerers via class feat.

Leaf order Druids.

And obviously the Familiar Master archetype.

Am I missing any options?

Is there a non-archetype non-ancestry way for clerics or oracles to pick up a familiar?

The moderate boon of Calistria can get anyone a wasp familiar

You can play a Gnome, they can get one right out of the box no matter what Class you play.

Well right, and so can ratfolk and i think gnolls, probably some others. I was focusing on class based.

There's also Adopted ancestry "gnome", which might be achieved in different ways.

For example, a lvl 5 halfling with cultural adaptability could take both adopted ancestry gnome and Animal accomplice with a single feat.

Anadi with Adaptive Anadi might also take adopted ancestry "gnome" and start the game with a familiar even by lvl 1.

Hmm. I hadn't really noticed how nice Cultural Adaptability is.
