Hello, I have a question about palm crossbow.
Is it possible to use cards as amunition with stella's fourberie.
When you enter this stance, choose whether to treat playing cards in your possession as daggers or darts; you can wield a playing card in all ways as the chosen weapon until the stance ends.
With Eldritch Archer, when use Magic Arrow :
When you use Magic Arrow, you can choose a type of magical ammunition that is typically not available to the type of ammunition you're using—for example, you can use climbing bolt on an arrow, even though that magical ammunition is normally only found on bolts.
Is it possible to give Shartshot Arrow (greater) for a card/deck ?
For phase arrow or shart arrow (greater), what does permit to see the target ?
Thanks for your future answer.

The palm crossbow fires a blow gun dart (ammunition). Fain's Fourberie treats a card as a throwing dart (weapon). They don't work together.
Magic Arrow is applied to ammunition, and specifies bolts or arrows. It does not apply to throwing weapons.
Starshot Arrow cannot go on cards because they are not ammunition.
I'm not sure what the last question means. Are you asking if there is some defined range for the furthest away that a target can be seen? There is not. That's more of a judgement call.
EDIT: Magic Arrow also only does magical ammunition of level 4 or lower. It can't make Starshot arrows.

I'm pretty sure they just mistyped Starshot Arrow (Greater)
For Starshot ammo, you need to be able to "personally detect" the target. I read this as them being "observed". The benefit is that it teleports to the target so they gain no cover benefits.
Phase Arrow does what it says: You can target an Observed or Hidden creature. If they are Unobserved or Undetected you can't target them.

Is it possible to use subtle delivery from poisoner archetype with a palm crossbow as the palm crossbow uses a blowgun dart ?
By straight RAW? No, as the feat specifies a blowgun as a weapon.
That having been said, in any non-strict environment, a GM might allow it given the same ammunition and weaponry primarily designed to be used from stealth in both cases.
