Rage and Never Tire

Rules Discussion

Hello, do Never tire from celebrity archetype function for the fatigued condition after a rage if a character is with three allies ?

Thanks for your future answer.

I think you may be experiencing some cross edition confusion, in PF2 the Rage ability doesn't apply Fatigued at all, it's simply just a condition that prevents one from starting your Rage.

The 1 minute (or 1 Round at/after level 17) cooldown on Rage is just a plain old rule, though I wonder if you're thinking about Second Wind (Barb Class Feat) that lets you ignore this with the consequence being that you're Fatigued until you rest for 10 minutes. This WOULD be something that would be impacted by Never Tire and potentially enable one to enter a third, fourth, etc Rage in combat but this all sort of hinges on the active combat lasting 30 rounds or more which... well, it's never going to happen.

There's also "Furious Finish" which might synergize with Never tire.

Could maybe happen in a non-standard encounter with enemies. Perhaps a chase. Though it is hard to justify the purpose and benefit of Rage during a chase. Maybe some feat interaction would make it useful.

Encounters with no enemies would prevent Rage at all since having no enemies is the trigger for Rage to end.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

A little niche but Never Tire could delay an incoming fatigue that hits you before you rage. Losing initiative to something that can fatigue you is a really bad time for a Barbarian.
