What walk speed buffs stacks?

Advice

Spell Longstrider + 10 feet
Animal Aspect Raptor +20 feet
Animal Focus Stag +5 feet

I presume Longstrider and Animal Aspect wich both are spells won't stack.

Anything else a hunter could get to buff walk speed? w

Check the bonus types. Two with the enhancement bonus type won't stack, that's the main one to watch where movement is concerned.

Longstrider (including greater version) is enhancement; so is animal aspect (raptor), animal focus (stag) and haste - this means none of them stack. You just take the highest if you have one or more active.

The fleet feat isn't good value, but it's a +5' which doesn't have the enhancement type so it stacks with everything.

Fey form I (or higher) gives you up to a 60' base speed (which other spells can boost further) if you have a piece of an appropriate fey (a hair or whatever). If your party has ever killed a quickling etc. you might be able to justify that.

Aspect of the stag gives a +20' base speed which isn't enhancement, meaning it stacks with most things. It doesn't stack with fey form though, it's a polymorph effect and you can only have one of those.

I see! Thank you for a good answer!

And thanks for the spell! Have not seen it before, but not at that level yet. Looks like a perfect combination. Aspect of the Stag on me and my wolf + entangle.

The Exchange

Did a lot of thinking about this a while back so here's some options for you.

There's a fairly expensive staff that gives you +10 untyped to your speed as long as you are carrying it (even if you aren't wielding it).

An Elixir of Agility gives you an untyped +5 for 30 minutes.

Greater longstrider is the best long-duration buff. It grants an enhancement bonus so wouldn't stack with anything else that grants enhancement bonus to speed.

Aspect of the stag is only a minute per level, but that adds another +20 untyped. Fey form I could be better if you find one of the appropriate size for what you want to do.

If you have a cleric or oracle in your party who casts blessing of fervor you can choose the +30 untyped movement speed increase. Rounds per level and it explicitly does not stack with haste but it does stack with greater longstrider.

If you are just looking for overland travel (speed increases that are not useful in combat) there are better choices.

Cybernetic Legs
Source Technology Guide pg. 37
Price 8,500 gp
Slot legs; Weight 12 lbs.
Install DC 28; Implantation 4
Description
A cybernetic leg completely replaces a normal leg, from the hip to the foot. It can take the place of a leg lost to a severing wound. The leg is fully functional and no different in appearance from a regular leg, although cyberart can be added to the leg at no additional cost. A cybernetic leg does not increase a user’s Strength score. If both legs are replaced, they increase the user’s base land speed by 10 feet and grant a +5 bonus to CMD against trip attempts and a +5 circumstance bonus on Acrobatics checks.

The listed price, implantation, and install DC are for having two legs installed. A single cybernetic leg costs half the price and half the listed implantation value, but no significant bonus is granted to a creature with only one cybernetic leg. Both legs (or all legs, in the case of multilegged creatures) must be replaced for the above benefits to take effect.

Multiclass to Barbarian and/or Bloodrager (untyped +10). Not Monk (enhancement).
Multiclass to Cleric or some other class with access to the Travel domain (untyped +10)

Just for some extra clarity on this one:

Having someone install these costs ~850gp (10% of the cost price), takes 4 hours, requires the person installing it to make a DC:28 heal check and causes you to take 4 points of CON damage (It's damage not drain, so worst case scenario it just takes a few days to get back to full).

You lose the money, the time and the CON damage whether the heal check is successful or not, so you really want to find someone who can nail that heal check.
