What's the range for Inspired Rage?

Rules Questions

"Inspired Rage (Su): At 1st level, affected allies gain a +2 morale bonus to Strength and Constitution and a +1 morale bonus on Will saving throws, but also take a –1 penalty to AC. While under the effects of inspired rage, allies other than the skald cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, Intimidate, and Ride) or any ability that requires patience or concentration. At 4th level and every 4 levels thereafter, the song’s bonuses on Will saves increase by 1; the penalty to AC doesn’t change. At 8th and 16th levels, the song’s bonuses to Strength and Constitution increase by 2. (Unlike the barbarian’s rage ability, those affected are not fatigued after the song ends.)

If an ally has her own rage class ability (such as barbarian’s rage, bloodrager’s bloodrage, or skald’s inspired rage), she may use the Strength, Constitution, and Will saving throw bonuses, as well as AC penalties, based on her own ability and level instead of those from the skald (still suffering no fatigue afterward). However, inspired rage does not allow the ally to activate abilities dependent on other rage class abilities, such as rage powers, blood casting, or bloodrager bloodlines; the ally must activate her own rage class ability in order to use these features."

Whats the limit? My guess would be 30ft like most bardic performances but some have 60ft, or does the lack of range indicate infinite range as long as the Skald can be heard?

Infinite Range as long as the Skald can be heard.

Yes, so an ally that’s a mile away that somehow has a +1,000,000 bonus to Perception would get the benefits.

And to aid with this: CLARION CALL. It's not +1-million, but it's pretty good.

I wonder if you can use a signal horn for your performance. a half mile at perception DC 0 +1 per quarter mile is pretty good range. That's an awful lot of spirit totem attacks in the right situation.

There's max perception ranges listed per environment. These numbers should give your player a better gauge on their abilities.

As an aside, Clarion Call not being dismissible is a huge pain in the butt.

Since both effects are entirely optional why does it need to be dismissible? The sound of the horn requires you to perform a specific action. The Booming voice specifies the subject can, which would mean they do not have to. The target of the spell can still speak normally.

That's the ruling I got and I just went with it, thanks for pointing that out.

The range of inspire rage is:

All that is, was and will be
Universe much too big to see
Time and space never ending
Disturbing thoughts, questions pending
Limitations of human understanding
Too quick to criticize
Obligation to survive
We hunger to be alive
All that is, ever
Ever was
Will be ever
Twisting, turning
Through the never
In the dark, see past our eyes
Pursuit of truth no matter where it lies
Gazing up to the breeze of the heavens
On a quest, meaning, reason
Came to be, how it begun
All alone in the family of the sun
Curiosity teasing everyone
On our home, third stone from the sun, yeah
All that is, ever
Ever was
Will be ever
Twisting,…

If a PC pumped up their Perc check with items, feats, and buffs, and somehow finagled their build so that they could receive a Skald's "+2 morale bonus to Strength and Constitution and a +1 morale bonus on Will saving throws, but also take a –1 penalty to AC" buff from a mile away, I wouldn't even be mad. I'd be impressed.
