templates !

ok im about to join a campaign and im making a character, the GM is allowing the players to use templates i want to use the "Dread Sayona Creature template" but some of its abilities are missing like its (blood curse ability) and there's no duration on its paralysis ability and the GM is very confused about it ??

its the is not listed on the site and the book is not listed? can you tell me what the blood curse reference is?
