Mystic Archer Class Feature - Function Unclear

I was looking at the Mystic Archer psionic prestige class, and at 1st level, they get Inevitable Strike. However, nowhere on the page is it stated what this feature actually... does.

Now, I'll grant that it may be referencing a psionic feat, but if so, shouldn't it state as much? And link to the feat?

Isn't Inevitable Strike a Psionic Power, not a feat?

Wouldn't it make most sense if this is what you they are referring to:

Level cryptic 1 (see note), marksman 1, psion/wilder 1, psychic warrior 1, tactician 1

Augment: This power may be augmented in one or both of the following ways.

1. You can increase the manifesting time to 1 standard action and increase the insight bonus to +20.
2. For every additional power point spent, the insight bonus increases by 2, but the total bonus may not exceed +25.

You know, it probably would, but my point still stands: if it's referencing something else, it should state as much on the page and link to the page (and subtitle) being referenced, for clarity's sake.
