Battle Dancer can use Perform (dance) in place of bluff checks to feint. Might this be what you've seen?
A battle dancer can treat her Charisma score as her Intelligence score for the purpose of meeting the prerequisites of combat feats. In addition, she can attempt a Perform (dance) check instead of a Bluff check to feint in combat, and her unarmed strikes are considered to have the performance weapon special quality.

There are a few traits, both for using and defending against feints.
(NOTE: Feinting non-humanoids is usually at -4. Any "do not take the penalty" removes this penalty against the named Type. However, the -4 for feinting minimal-Int creatures such as animals is not affected by these.)
- Born Under the Stranger (basic combat): Do not take the penalty against Aberrations. (You still take -4 if they have 1-2 Int, and cannot attempt if they're mindless.)
- Dueling Cloak Adept (basic combat): +2 to feinting, but ONLY if wearing a cloak and wielding an Aldori Dueling Sword. A successful feint also gives you a +1 AC until your next turn.
- Vigilant Battler (basic combat): (DEFENSE) +1 to Sense Motive; +2 instead for using Sense Motive to counter feints.
- Betrayed ex-noble (region: City of Brass, which is in the Elemental Plane of Fire): (DEFENSE) Your DC to be feinted is the better between "take 10 on Intimidate" or 10 + BAB + Wis mod.
- Dirty Fighter (race: orc): +3 to feinting.
- Divine the Mystery (race: Kellid humans) +2 knowledge (engineer) vs. robots and Numerian tech. Do not take the penalty against intelligent Constructs.
- Frustrating (race: gathlain): As a standard action, you can use Bluff to create a diversion for a nearby ally to hide (if the ally readied to coordinate with you), or to use your Bluff check to give an adjacent ally the benefits of feinting.
- Rabble Rebel (region: Galt; must be a halfling): +2 to feint or Sleight of Hand against targets threatened by at least three allies.

@OP if you go to D20pfsrd, type "traits filter" in the search bar, and then bring up that search results page. It should be your first hit on the list in the search results. After clicking on that, you'll get brought to a page that bugs out all the time, so click to "Open in a New Window" in the center of that page. Once you get to page that actually works, you can use CTRL+F and search the entire trait list for "feint" and click "Highlight All" at the bottom, and then you can hit enter or manually scroll to go through the whole list and see all the traits that have anything to do with Feint.
