Premise: I spent some time last week reorganizing my books. I have two large sets of shelves, one in my home office and the other in my game room. My 1E books are in my game room and my 2E books are in my office for quick reference (planning games, running online, etc).
I began to wonder if there were any 1E books I should go ahead and just add to my 2E collection in the other room? Like the Inner Sea World Guide for example.
Your thoughts?

The Monsters Revisited series (part of the Campaign Setting line) is terrific and the thing that got me into Pathfinder at the beginning. Some of the lore has been rewritten in 2nd edition, but most is still relevant, and they're a great read overall.
As a sidenote, there's a humble bundle with most of those in digital right now: https://www.humblebundle.com/books/pathfinder-monster-lore-paizo-books?hmb_ source=humble_home&hmb_medium=product_tile&hmb_campaign=mosaic_sect ion_2_layout_index_8_layout_type_twos_tile_index_1_c_pathfindermonsterlorep aizo_bookbundle
6 days left, so if you want to grab them up to see if you want to get the hardcopy, now's a good time.

I like the region books (Andoran, Taldor etc.) I think the ones I've used most are the Tian Xia and Numeria books (I run Iron Gods, and have a lot of Tien PCs, go figure).
So far, the Lost Omens books have been fairly global-reach but all width, not very much depth. Although they're immensely useful to show how the world has changed as a result of 10 years of APs, the old books are still value as a "what was it like before those recent events" baseline.
