New to PF2E and just started reading up. Always interested in what strange builds are possible and the enablers of these. Hence, I'm looking for a list of features granting access to features of other ancestries/background/classes.
The granted features could be e.g. feats, spells, or proficiencies. The granted thing should probably be general, not specific. E.g. a feat choice, not a specific feat. Examples:
Ancestry Feats
- • Half-Elf, Feat 1, Elf Atavism. Gain an Elf Heritage (GM discretion).
- • Human, Feat 1, Adapted Cantrip. Gain cantrip from other tradition.
- • Human, Feat 1, General Training. Gain 1st-level general feat.
- • Human, Feat 1, Natural Ambition. Gain 1st-level class feat.
- • Human, Feat 1, Natural Skill. Gain two trained skills proficiencies.
- • Human, Feat 5, Adaptive Adept. Gain cantrip or 1st-level spell from other tradition.
- • Human, Feat 9, Multitalented. Gain multiclass dedication feat.
Ancestry Heritages
- • Elf, Ancient Elf. Gain multiclass dedication feat.
- • Human, Skilled Heritage. Become trained in one skill and expert at 5th level.
- • Human, Versatile Heritage. Gain general feat.
General Feats
- • Feat 3, Ancestral Paragon. Gain 1st-level ancestry feat.
Class Feats
- • Oracle, Feat 4, Divine Access. Add three deity granted cleric spells to your spell list.
Archetype Feats
- • Fighter, Feat 4, Basic Maneuver. Gain 1st- or 2nd-level fighter feat.

The Multiclass dedications give you other classes' feats and some of their features at the cost of some of your own class feats.
Some other dedications do the same (like the Archer dedication).
You might also be interested by feats and features that allow you to use a different skill, or even a different stat, for a given check.
These are sometimes compatible with features that depend on the result of the skill check (like Swashbuckler's panache gaining methods) and sometimes not. It is extremely important to pay careful attention to the exact wording.
Have fun.

Off the top of my head, the 8th-level sorcerer feat Crossblooded Evolution lets one of the spells in your repertoire be from any tradition.
As Raven Black said, MC archetypes and some other archetypes let you take feats from other classes. MC archetypes cap you at taking feats of half your level, and archetypes like the archer tend to make sure the feats you get from other classes can only be taken later than those classes get them, e.g. the fighter gets Double Shot at 4th level and Triple Shot at 6th, and the archer gets them at 6th and 8th, respectively.

Halfling
Cultural Adaptability gets you a different ancestries feat. Which with the human ancestries can get you quite a lot of different things
Elven
Ancestral Linguistics - learn a language for a day
Ancestral Longevity - learn a skill for a day
Humand
Advanced General Training - another general feat
There are so many ways of getting cantrips it is ridiculous. Plus lots of options for spells, weapons or armour training.
But the most important things, that are the hardest to get, are class feats.
The human options you have listed are basically it.

The easy way to get Class feats is through Multiclass dedications.
Or do you mean ways to get additional Class feats?

Adopted Ancestry? - General Feat 1
Doesn't give you a feat, but it does give you Access to ancestry feats for another ancestry.
Also quite a few of the Non-MC Archetypes give access to specific class feats, I.E. Blessed one giving access to most of the lay hands and mercy feats, Archer giving access to various Fighter and Ranger class feats for Bows/Ranged, etc.
