Can someone give me some ideas on how to get this tribe shaman build to function independently of a party?

10.Beasts Eye

Teamwork Feat:Bonded Mind

7.Accursed Hex
9.Take the Hit
11.Split Hex
13.Improved Initiative

If they're literally functioning without a party then they'll need to self-buff more than on others - rather than chant you want soothsayer for the action economy for a start. Or are you asking how to make them function with any party, an arbitrary party as in PFS?

Im asking what i can do to make it so they can make the most of teamwork feats without the need of the party?

Ahh. OK, first up your spirit animal is basically a familiar and has everything necessary to take the valet archetype. Do that and it automatically shares your teamwork feats, which has to beat a standard action for a few rounds of sharing feats.

But a spirit animal is even more expensive to replace than a familiar so you'll probably want some more expendable allies. Summon nature's ally is on the shaman spell list (some races can get cleric spells too). You might pick up more feats to boost your summons, possibly summon guardian spirit for a slightly longer lasting summons. Setup is easier when you don't have to worry about 1 round/level spells expiring.

But (2)! If you're getting into teamwork feats you probably want to spend more feats on those.

Yeah i had a feeling going summon natures ally would be my best bet.

Here's a question why are you taking so many Teamwork feats but are not planning to function with the party's help? I have taken maybe three teamwork feats since they were introduced years ago. Once was because I was playing an Inquisitor. The two other times was planned with another player to work as a team.
