My level 19 going on 20 Bloodrager will likely soon be retiring as the 18 month long Mummy's Mask campaign I am in is drawing to a close.
In all likelihood it looks as if we are going to play Ironfang Invasion next (Awesome as I have always wanted to explore fey more).
The concept I have in mind so far (Bear in mind backstories and stuff a a long way off) is a bit of a reskinning of the Unchained Summoner - Construct Caller
My characters profession would be a wickerworker who weaves together their Inevitable Eidolon (Blair Witch Project esq)
Now what I am here for is, I need help with the build. I think combining
At 3rd level, a construct caller learns to better shape planar energy to improve her eidolon. The number of points in her eidolon’s evolution pool increases by 1. The number of points in the eidolon’s evolution pool increases by an additional 1 at 7th level and every 4 levels thereafter, for a total of 5 additional points at 19th level.
with the half-elves Favored class bonus
Add +1/4 to the eidolon’s evolution pool
should allow me to pump a lot into the Eidolon making Wickerman (name still a work in progress) pretty powerful.
Race: Half-Elf
Class: Construct Caller
Alternative Racial Traits: Fey Thoughts (Perception & Stealth)
STR: 8
DEX: 16
CON: 14
INT: 14
WIS: 12
CHA: 16
Traits:
__________ (Campaign)
Twinned Presence (Magic)
___________ (______)
___________ (Drawback)
Feats:
1 (Level) - Spell Focus (Conjuration)
1 (Race) - Skill Focus (Stealth)
3 (Level) -
5 (Level) -
7 (Level) - Hellcat Stealth
*No idea yet as to how to optimize the Eidolon
**The concept is to have a big beaty stick with while the summoner buffs/debuffs from a distance while hidden
1) Should I still pick up summoning feats? AKA Spell Focus + Augmented Summoning (I no longer have the class feature but the spells are still available) (Side note: I most certainly will be casting summon bee swarm)
2) Expanded Arcana & Reach Spell both seem pretty handy but are the wasted at the lower levels?

The trait Voice of Solid Things can get Craft to Charisma. If you're interested.
Earliest I would take Expanded Arcana is 11 on an Unchained Summoner. Probably hold of until 13, honestly. Dedinitely take it at 17, if you haven't already (possibly take it again, even if you have).
I would put Spell Focus @ 3, Augmented Summons @ 5, and take either Combat Reflexes or Improved Initiative @ 1.
Reach Spell @ 9 would be pretty solid. Taking it any sooner really limits the number of spells you can actually apply metamagic to.

If you're getting into buffing you might consider getting a trait to reduce the cost of metamagic on one spell that you're going to use regularly on your eidolon, then adding a metamagic feat which improves it. Enlarge person or haste/blissful spell or heroism/encouraging spell. You might take the additional traits feat to get that trait if it's going on haste or heroism so as not to have a useless trait for several levels.
Dampen presence is a possibly useful feat if you're going to use stealth a lot.

Thanks
I'm not sure blissful spell would work as the Construct Eidolon is immune to mind affecting stuff
Encouraging spell could work
Dampen presence seems like a good mid to late level feat
I have been thinking is there any advantages to playing a construct caller over a soulbound?
They both lose summon monster but the soulbound gets an Oracle curse and more evolution points

You kind of lack the spell slots, true. And as spells they take a round to cast, last rounds/level and are a little short of a full spellcaster in terms of summon monster level/character level. They're not useless but also not that great.
As I read it neither an unchained inevitable eidolon nor the construct caller's variation on it ever get mind-affecting immunity. The paranoia in Paizo about handing out creature immunities works in your favour here.

That's my fault, I was getting ahead of myself. As I was thinking of swapping archetypes to the Soulbound Summoner, so was I thinking of swapping the Eidolon subtype to the Kami, which is more thematically fitting at at level 16 immune to mind affecting stuff
