I'm having this issue as well - trying to purchase PDF of Devastation Ark Chapter 3.
I tried to purchase using my CC on file, but it came back declined. I called my card co, they said there's no issues on their side.
I tried adding a different card just to see, and like Angel says above, it stalls adding the CVC after hitting Purchase.

Hi folks! I've pinged our tech team to take a look at what might be causing the endless spinning. The only information I currently have is that your transactions are being declined as "unknown cause" and our system is not attempting to authorize your card. It's still pretty early in the day here so it may be a little bit before we have any more information, but I'll post any updates on progress here.
Rude_, the issue you're seeing is a bit different and you'll want to keep an eye on this thread.
Thank you all for your patience!

Hello Atienne,
I took a look at your account and it looks like you submitted an order shortly after posting this. So it sounds like your issue was resolved.
Going forward it is best to create your own thread when you are having an issue rather than add on to an existing one. Once we have resolved an issue in the thread we become more likely to miss new issues added on to it, so creating your own thread is best.

Hello Bloodshadow,
Rysky is correct. You were not charged for anything. Your card was being declined due to failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address on your card is not matching up with what your bank has on file.
Each time you pushed submit your bank was pinged. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize those authorizations. If not finalized authorizations expire and the holds are released. How long that takes is entirely up to the bank.
