Mutagens and Eidolon

Summoner Class

Drakescale Mutagen is obvious. Your Eidolon gets +3 to AC at low level and +2 for most of your carreer.
Juggernaut Mutagen is also nice. The Eidolon's not affected by the malus to Initiative checks, it cares less about Will saves (most Will saves are incapacitating effects and you can just give no action to your Eidolon if its ends up debuffed to the ground) and you gain temporary hit points (which are not shared between the Summoner and the Eidolon per the rules but still it's nice).

Interesting.

This is something else that might get caught when they issue the errata for Drakescale Mutagen and Mountain Stance.

I dont particulary see this as an issue that needs to be "caught" by erratta.

Having 1 class giving a +2 bonus to AC with it's abilities on some edge cases (not even consistent across all classes) isn't outside PF2 math.

If it was something like +4 bonus, we're talking, but +2 for a buff seems at normal value imo, especially considering that it's not "+2 to AC" but "+2 to AC, -1 to 2 saving throws and some skills"

That is probably fine.

And it doesn't stack with resilient enhancements. It's equivalent to raising a shield?

The big question is whether Eidolons can use Mutagens in the first place. Their abilities state "eidolons can't wear or use magical items", which means potions are definitely off the table, and while alchemical items technically aren't magical, I don't know if they'd work either.

They get +4 at level 3 and 4, still.
But it's the same problem with Monks. Every Unarmored character benefits crazily from Drakescale Mutagen at low level.
