Basically, I'm planning on playing a character inspired by JoJo's Bizarre Adventure so my plan is to playtest the Summoner, and in JoJo fashion, I wanna play a character's theme music during a triumphant moment for my character and I thought it would be funny if that music was actually present in the game world.
Is there a spell, or a Bard ability available through multi-classing (since that seems likely), that would enable me to do that?

Though this is in rare territory and would take I think at least 2 feats but if you took witch dedication (Baba Yaga patron unfortunately rare) you could have an instrument familiar. If you got enhanced familiar from witch dedication then you would have 4 familiar abilities for it. Give it Skilled (Performance), Speech, Fly speed, and independent. Now you have a flying musical instrument hovering around you that can once per turn use perform to play itself and sing your theme song.

If you're only interested in instrumental music (no singing) then you could create an illusory bard with Illusory Creature. Or if you don't need it to be mobile, you could create a self-playing illusory instrument with Illusory Object heightened to 2nd level. You could actually create a whole ensemble by casting it several times with different instruments, or maybe just one instrument that is a combination of whichever ones you want to imagine.

2nd level Illusory Object should do the trick. Since 'singing a theme song' has no actual mechanical benefit, I don't see any reason that the GM would put up a stink about spending a spell doing it.

Yeah I noticed that spell, but I went ahead with the Witch Dedication suggestion. This way I can play the song as often as I'd like, and my character now has a keytar familiar that my eidolon plays lmao!
Just a note it is a "Rare" option for Baba Yaga and there may be an issue with the "ability" to take an inanimate familiar with the MC but as there is no real mechanical advantage other than shear awesome I don't see many GM's denying it esp if they allow a JoJo themed character lol.
