HI All,
New to Starfinder, but long time GM of other games.
I'll be converting my players over from AD&D2e, so I'm looking for some kind of one sheet, or other document that has quick overviews of the game races, themes and classes, their strengths and weaknesses, etc.
I want them to have something to read to learn the basics about the classes before session 0 without getting bogged down in the core rule book.
Looking for suggestions, thanks!

Dude, there's like 70 races...
The only place you're going to get a shortened list that still maintains functionality is the CRB.
107 by my last count.
Edit: One could argue 106 depending on whether one wants to split the hair of whether reptoid hybrids count as a playable race or more of a template.

So, the 106/7 count, aside from the ones in the core rules, where are they sourced from?

I think there's a couple dozen in each alien archive, plus another set in the pact worlds book, and I think near space. Also, several in the back of APs, but those tend to be reprinted in the alien archives.
As far as classes go, my rule of thumb is that melee based classes tend to dish out the damage but take it in turn. A ranged focused combatant tends to be plain and reliable. Spellcasters, and skill classes should remember to also be useful in combat. The adventuring day is long, and carrying around a laser rifle to supplement your spells is a very good idea, might as well make sure you're a decent shot.

Cool, just bought those the other day, so I'll look into them.
For now I'll make up a short file I can share with the players on the core races, themes, and classes. Looks like pages 28, 40, and 58 get me what I want for now.

So I think out the gate, I'm going to limit my players to whats in the core rule book, but thanks for that bit of info.
You could try using The Hidden Truth. The site uses open SRD data under OGL license. You have to copy and paste links, I didn't bother with Paizo's forum formatting.
https://thehiddentruth.info/The trick here is if you want your players to only see info with limited sources you have to generate a link for that first and say they must click that first. You do that under "Sources". After that they can click other links and browse only material you want them to see.
Example; here is a link that sets only Core Rulebook + Character Operations manual as sources.
https://thehiddentruth.info/sources?source=10000000000000000000000000000001 000000000000
Classes (including the three from Character Operations Manual)

Races (core only direct link)

Themes (if you don't set Sources, this will be long)

Check around the menus on the site for more.
