The only option is This thread is in the wrong forum There is no way for anyone to suggest where the thread should go. All that happens when you use that flag is that staff reviews the thread.
I think that Zapp meant "a way for Paizo to sweep the subject under the rug".

Which - it should be said - is entirely within their rights.

Bunch-a-nonsense
Ok, you do you man, but the fact that this got moved to the homebrew forum should tell you that your ideas about balance are, frankly, laughable.
You're getting dogpiled, and I'm hard-pressed to say you don't deserve it. You have been appealing for developer attention and demanding they change the official rules and even suggest that you know better than them simply because in MOST of your forum threads you're trying to make a case that the game is badly designed because you cannot steamroll everything with one-two actions.
PLEASE understand that I'm trying to be respectful, but I honestly believe that one of the following HAS to be true:
1) PF2 isn't the game for you because you're not interested in game balance AT ALL.
2) You're a dedicated troll who spends hours every day trying to cook up deceptively awful hot takes that people almost universally rally against for the lulz.

Even if that is what the OP meant, that doesn’t necessarily bare out with reality.
This is hardly the first time that the OP has reacted to his thread not gaining traction by accusing Paizo of silencing it’s critics, or sweeping things under the rug. This forum is full to the brim with critics who are not being silenced. Zapp’s own repetitive raising of complaints wouldn’t be tolerated at all in the kind of environment he accuses this forum of being - yet here we are - having another conversation about the conversation that was started by him.
He is free in these forums to post what he wills to, oftentimes though it belongs in the rules forum or this forum. More often than not it is rife with conflict because of the tone that is taken in responses to things deemed as “off topic.” A spoonful of sugar might be helpful, as might avoiding making demands.

It's a common misconception on these boards that the person flagging a post or a thread has the power to decide what happens to that post or thread. The way the sentence is written [Flagging this thread as belonging in houserules] perpetuates that myth.
Without trying to read Zapp's mind or discern their intention, I wanted to be sure that the wrong information got corrected.

I mean, Paizo has been pretty much clear that the "General Discussion" subforum is not for a "clearing house for everything else" but instead for topics that literally do not fit in a different subforum.
It is recommended that when starting a new thread, you pick the subforum you think is closest to your topic which is not "General Discussion" and if the mods think differently they they will move it.
But "Rules Discussion" is probably better for "discussing each of the OP's bugaboos one thread each" (a la "is the rule bad"). But something like "electric arc is stronger than the other cantrips by too much" won't really work there. But like "the incapacitation trait- is it really needed" is probably fine in Rule Discussion.
