Xenophobic. Does it grant Bonus languaes based off Int modifier

Rules Questions

I'm making a Lizardfolk (the one from the advanced races "more races section") on hero lab. Had to build it from scratch. Anyway It's trying to tell me to add bonus languages based off my Int but I'm not sure Xenophobic allows that.

Nevermind I found this:

Xenophobic (0 RP)
Members of this race start with their racial language only. Races without a racial language cannot take this array. Furthermore, choose up to four languages (except for Druidic or other secret languages), one of which must be Common (or Undercommon, if the race is native to the underground regions). Members of this race with high Intelligence scores can choose from any of these additional languages.

Lizardfolk have no listed language options so I'll have to hash that out with my GM but otherwise this answered what I needed to know.

Lizardfolk speak draconic. That's their native tongue.

So just to be sure about something.

Lizardfolk are not, despite SRD's claims, in the ARG. Nor are gnolls.

As such, we need to turn to the Bestiary, wherein the lizardfolk are described as speaking Draconic.

so you can at minimum take common for him from the int bonus

Lizardfolk are in the Advanced Race Guide as a Race Builder sample. That entry is notably missing any information about automatic and bonus languages. From the PF1 Bestiary, we can derive that Draconic is their automatic language. I would look up either the PF2 lizardfolk race entry or the D&D 3.5 monster entry for possible lists of bonus languages.

Ahh, got it.

From PF2:

Languages: Lizardfolk begin play knowing Common and Iruxi (the lizardfolk's racial language.) Lizardfolk of sufficient Intelligence can choose from the following bonus languages: Aquan, Boggard, Draconic, Elven, Jotun (AKA Giant), Sylvan.

Also, their PF2 incarnation has a racial stat package of Str+2, Wis+2, Int-2

3.5 lists them as only speaking Draconic.

According to d20srd.org's Lizardfolk entry, "Lizardfolk as Characters" section:

Automatic Languages: Common, Draconic. Bonus Languages: Aquan, Goblin, Gnoll, Orc.

Having Common as an automatic rather than a bonus language disagrees with Pathfinder's "Xenophobic" trait, of course.

d20srd is not an official source and have been known to change/omit things, so I would take that with a grain of salt.

D20srd.org does nothing of the sort, they just compile the srd rules - for D&D 3.5 & 5. D20pfsrd.com is the one that's imperfect if easy to use and which does PF.

Ah, I haven't used 3.5 stuff in forever, I forgot they were separate sites.

My bad, my statement was in regards to d20Pfsrd.
