I am working on a Dual Light Shield Warpriest build, the build is below. My question is, do I need Eschew materials? Now I ask this because to cast a spell you need to be able to make verbal commands, make somantics, use materials, and use a DF. Verbal commands is fine. Shielded mage allows for somantics while using the shields. The shields display their gods symbol so the Divine focus is good. All that is left is material components. How many Warpriest spells have material components requirements? If there is a lot, I will probably need Eschew Materials. Can I live without it?

Cleric spells lower than level 7 (i.e. warpriest) which you'd use on the battlefield very rarely have material components. M/DF just requires the holy symbol. There's consecrate and holy ice weapon (which you won't use, especially if your hands are full) - I can't think of another that might matter. Restoration takes too long to cast.
BTW, heavy shields are one-handed weapons not light, you probably don't want to use two of them at once. Not that it matters but weapon focus is the bonus feat and improved shield bash the human feat.

That's what I was thinking too

The Shield Trained trait makes them light for this build.

No, the Shieldbearer Archetype gives up the Weapon Focus for the Improved Shield Bash

As a swift action, a warpriest can expend one use of this ability to cast any one warpriest spell he has prepared with a casting time of 1 round or shorter. When cast in this way, the spell can target only the warpriest, even if it could normally affect other or multiple targets. Spells cast in this way ignore somatic components and do not provoke attacks of opportunity. The warpriest does not need to have a free hand to cast a spell in this way.
So, as long as you only use fervor to cast, you don’t need to worry about your hands being occupied to use holy symbols and material components. You still need to have those things, but Fervor handles their use without needing a free hand.

Small correction: you do not qualify for weapon focus at level 1 (pq of bab +1), so need to swap it and a higher level feat w no bab pq.
Warpriests get weapon focus as a bonus feat at first level, and it specifies they can choose any weapon not just the favored weapon of their deity.

Yes, but as the OP already clarified their archetype gives up the weapon focus and they are taking it with a normal feat.

It can swap with Shield Focus Combat Reflexes and it’s probably not a big deal. The sacred weapon damage should apply to a shield even without it.
I’m in agreement that eschew materials is not needed. Most of what you would cast that has materials would be outside of combat.

A shieldbearer treats shields as sacred weapons (instead of his god’s favored weapon), though the shieldbearer can still designate additional weapons as sacred weapons by selecting them with the Weapon Focus feat. The shieldbearer’s sacred weapon damage applies only to attacks made with shields.
Is it a shield? Then you get Sacred Weapon damage, whether or not you have Weapon Focus. It doesn't matter that you are wielding two shields. They are both shields and both meet the requirements of the ability the same as a Pharasma worshipper would get Sacred Weapon damage duel wielding daggers whether or not they took Weapon Focus (Dagger).
Edit: To clarify, Sacred Weapon cares about what type of weapon it is. You don't designate a specific weapon as your Sacred Weapon. All shields are your sacred weapon. Not the one specific shield you're using in your main hand.
The 4th level ability is enhancing a specific weapon, but the 1st level ability applies to all of your sacred weapons. In this case, any shield that you are wielding as a weapon. You don't ever have to take Weapon Focus for the shield if you don't want to (except to use as a prerequisite for other things if you need it).
