Our Gm has just chosen to make this game a continuation of the first game in this world
So I be playing my old character Alexander
Problem is this was back when we still played 3.5 and his build was Battle sorcerer - Swift Blade / Fast Hero 8
How could I build a similar character using pathfinder. ?

Alexander, good name. The A in my initials approves.
Well I know it's not a good build
But can you give me feat advice for a level 8 Blade Bound Kensai? / Fast hero
Going AoO Spammer and SG user
Why, yes, I do!
Use the D20 Katana, because I know you like Katanas, and the D20 Katana does 2d6. Or use the Split Blade Sword, which also does 2d6 and is also a Tripping and Disarming weapon. Tengu are automatically proficient in all swords. In your post-apocalyptic campaign world, call Tengu a Raven-Moreau. Half Elves can take an Exotic Weapon Proficiency as an Alternative Racial Trait. And Humans get a Bonus Feat.
Get your sword made of Adamantine as soon as possible.
Take Sundering Feats: Power Attack, Furious Focus, Sunder, Improved Sunder, Greater Sunder.
Furious Focus lets you make your first Power(ed) Attack every round without the Attack penalty.
Sunder gives you Double Damage when you hit Inanimate Objects, which stacks with Magus Spellstrike.
Greater Sunder makes it so the residual Damage from destroying your opponents' things pass on to your opponent.
And it won't hurt that as a Kensai you will be doing Max Damage that gets Doubled. The Katana does 2d6. Get the Impact Enchantment from your Arcane Pool, so 2d6 becomes 3d6, and then cast Enlarge Person so 3d6 becomes 4d6. As a Kensai, you max it. With Sunder, you Double it. And that's a big can of Whoopass.
Since Kensai can't wear Armor, Fast Hero is a solid choice if Gestalt gives you that Defensive Bonus to AC.
Take Improved Combat Throw, and you get a Tripping Attack of Opportunity every time you are Attacked and Missed. Take Combat Reflexes, and you get an Attack of Opportunity every time your opponents try to get back up. Take D20 Improved Trip, and you get a Free Action Attack on your Opponent with every successful Trip. Take Pathfinder Greater Trip, and you get an Attack of Opportunity with every successful Trip.
Dip a level Monk Master of Many Styles. Take Snake and Ascetic Styles. Modify your Adamantine Katana so that it is also a Monk Weapon. Ascetic Style will let you use Snake Style Feats with your Katana. Snake Fang will give you an Attack of Opportunity whenever you are attacked and missed. Once you have taken Ascetic Style, you should also take Vicious Stomp, which gives you an Unarmed Attack of Opportunity whenever anyone falls Prone in a Threatened Square: Ascetic Style will let you use your Katana for that, too.
You were talking about Agile Riposte: nothing wrong with that. It's an extra AoO trigger that comes fairly cheap.
So this is the foundation of a character with lots of high-damage attacks.

Can you multiclass the regular way? Can you Gestalt and Multiclass?
You need Combat Throw before you can take Improved Combat Throw. You need Defensive Martial Arts before you can take Combat Throw. Those last 2 are Bonus Feats granted by Fast Heroes.
You need Improved Trip before you can take Greater Trip. You need Combat Expertise before you can take Improved Trip. There are different versions of this Feat with the same name in both Pathfinder and D20 Modern. It's important to how the GM Adjudicates this. Are these just different Feats of the same name that can both be taken? Can you take d20 Improved Trip as a prerequisiste for Pathfinder Greater Trip? Is he making some other ruling? Combat Expertise is a Bonus Feat available to Fast Heroes. Do you have to take D20 Combat Expertise? Does D20 Combat Expertise count as a prerequisiste for Pathfinder Improved Trip?

All feats use the pathfinder version

So D20 Improved Trip is not available?
Pathfinder Combat Expertise can be taken as a Bonus Feat granted by Fast Hero?
Pathfinder Power Attack can be used as a Prerequisite for the D20 Sunder Feat?
And what about Multiclassing rules? In addition to Gestalt, can you multiclass the regular way? You were considering taking levels in Bodyguard, earlier. I might have you dip a level in Monk or something.
Can you multiclass/Gestalt at the same time? Can you be a Gestalt Magus/Fast and a Gestalt Magus/Bodyguard?
Scott Wilhelm
@ Scott Wilhelm
Ok. Yes The D20 Bonus feat use the pathfinder version unless there is none.
Cool. I understand.
And ok not doing the body guard thing
Fine, but that's not exactly why I brought that up.
Yes I can gestalt but I can only multi class on side at a time
Okay, this part I'm still not clear on. I thought Gestalt means you are sort of taking levels in 2 classes at once, so what does "one side at a time, mean?
Are you saying that you can Gestalt, and you can multiclass, but you can only Gestalt with 2 of your classes? So, you can take levels in Magug/Fast, and you can dip in something else like Fighter to pick up an extra Feat or something, but when you do that, you can't Gestalt with Fighter/Magus, too?
Scott Wilhelm
So, let's see
Fast Bladebound Kendai Magus
Level 1 FastMagus1: Katana, Combat Reflexes, Spells, Arcane Pool, Spells, Spell Combat, Evasion, BAB 0, Fort/Will +2, Reflex +1, Defensive Bonus +3, Reputation 0
2FM2: Combat Expertise, Spellstrike, BAB +1, Fort/Will +3, Reflex +2, Defensive Bonus +4, Reputation 0
3FM3: Improved Trip, Opportunist, Magus Arcana, Reputation +1, Fort/Will +4, Reflex +3, Defensive Bonus +4 BAB+2
4FM4: Defensive Martial Arts, Spell Recall, BAB+3, Fort/Will +5, Reflex +2 , Defensive Bonus +5, Reputation +1
5FM5: Modified Katana, Weapon Focus Katana, Uncanny Dodge 1, BAB+3, Fort/Will +5, Reflex +2 , Defensive Bonus +5, Reputation +1
6FM6: Combat Throw, Magus Arcana, BAB+4, Fort/Will +6, Reflex +3, Defensive Bonus +6, Reputation +2
7FM6Monk1: Master of Many Styles, Ascetic Style, Vicious Stomp, Unarmed 1d6, Wix Mod to AC, Monk Stuff, Fort/Will +8, Reflex +5, BAB+4
8FM6M2: Snake Style, Fort/Will +9, Reflex +6, BAB+5
9FM6M2Fighter1: Snake Fang, Improved Combat Throw, BAB+6, Fort +10, Will +8, Reflex +6
10FM6M2F2: Greater Trip, Fort +11, BAB+7
Fury's Fall
Scott Wilhelm
1Fighter/Strong1: Simple and Martial weapons, Light, Medium, & Heavy armor, Light and Heavy shields, Titan Fighter, Giant Weapon Wielder, Catch off Guard, Shikigami Style, Melee Smash 1, BAB+1
Use a Sledge Hammer: 2d6. Giant Weapons lets you use a Large Sledge Hammer: -2 to hit, but you do 3d6. Each Shikigami Style Feat lets you do damage as if your 'hammer were 1 size bigger, so 4d6
2FS2: Power Attack, Shikigami Mimicry, Bravery +1, BAB+2
3FS3: Incredible Heft (-1), Iron Will, Melee Smash 2, BAB+3
The penalty for using an oversized weapon is reduced from -2 to -1.
4FS4: Endurance, Cleave, BAB+4
Few things make my skin Craw like that evil gleam in the GM's eye when he asks, "Are you sleeping in your Armor?" If the answer is "Yes," you wake up Fatigued. If the answer is "No," you WILL be fighting Hill Giants in your underwear that night!
5FS5: Melee Smash 3, Shikigami Manipulation, Incredible Heft (+1 Combat Maneuvers), BAB+5
6FS5Living Monolith1: Ka Stone, Toughness
The Ka Stone lets you Enlarge Person as a Swift Action 3/day. So now the Base Damage is 12d6.
7FS6L1: Great Cleave, Sunder, BAB+6
8FS7L1: Ignore Hardness1, Incredible Heft 0, BAB+7
9FS8L1: Improved Sunder, Great Sunder, BAB+8
So now this character does base 12d6 Damage, double when Sundering, and residual Damage after destroying the thing goes to the target.
