I am intending on getting a blinkback belt so i can make use of several different daggers rather than paying for returning on them, but as we all know this blocks the belt slot. So, i was wondering if there were any other items besides snakeskin tunic, tomes or ioun stones, that will give me +4 or more to my dex? or an item that works as well or better than blinkback belt?

def not true there are ton of pf1 games online atm, i am in one as i type this, but yes i somehow went to wrong forum, so need to respond will switch to correct one, my bad
Online games and PFS games aren't the same thing.
Though someone might choose to run an online game using PFS rules, I'm not sure on that.
But as far as official Paizo events for PFS I don't think those are being done anymore (though honestly I don't keep up as PFS/SFS never interested me).

They are still selling content for it. Running the games doesn’t really cost them anything.
For the OP’s question, I don’t think there are any items like you are looking for. There are other ways to get a +2 DEX, but not a +4. Startoss Comet and Startoss Shower might help you get away with only needing 1 returning weapon to get your belt slot back. But it’s a heavy feat investment.

Well, since this is floating around on the surface yet unanswered... Sharding... not the event when a fart turns into an accident... the +2 weapon enchantment.
This special ability can be placed only on melee or thrown weapons. The wielder of a sharding weapon can make a special ranged attack with the weapon in place of any melee attack. To do this, the wielder goes through the motion of throwing the weapon without releasing it. The weapon splits off a duplicate of itself that flies as if thrown by the wielder at the intended target. The duplicate gains a range increment of 10 feet for this purpose, but uses the same proficiency and otherwise functions the same as the original weapon. The duplicate vanishes after hitting or missing its target.
Obviously, you cannot use abilities that involve bouncing one weapon between multiple targets... but everything else should work as you want it to.
