Dashing Dhampir Bard (Party face) Character

My character is a female Dhampir who Dresses in a A ringmaster outfit. Carries at her side a Mithral sword-Cane and a pocket watch on her hip.

She is intelligent agile and charming but I'd a bit unwise

I want a build that Is a superb Party face

She needs Charm person

And needs to be a master manipulator

I need some way to heal my self

And I need to be ok at sword play.

In another Thread I was getting help with her but over half the thread was from back when I was thinking if making her and investigator

I am considering

Natural Charmer feat
And the memorable trait

Hey Julius!

I think Mesmerist is the best option here. They are trained with sword canes, have abilities to charm people, lots of bonuses to face skills, have touch treatment for some measure of healing, and deal okay damage with Painful Stare at swordplay.
