Naga's arms and cybernetic prosthetics

General Discussion

I remember when I bought my Savage Species, there was a curious magic item. The naga's arms were two artificial arms what could be used by nagas and other species. I always missed nagas' arms because in my own imagination always they have arms and hands with opposible dumbs.

Do you think with the magitek in Starfinder nagas could enjoy two arms? Maybe by living tissues created by biohackers. And wouldn't be too expensive? And how should be a monster template for a criature with added arms?

And a cyborg/android/Sentient Robot with four arms? two to use a heayy weapon, one to use a light weapon and the fourth a shield.

Extra arms is already a cybernetic augmentation (which can be biotech as well) in the core book. At level 11, you can get one extra arm. At level 14 you have two extra arms.

Every alien in Starfinder that can be a PC has manipulators equivalent to human arms, though. I doubt they'd make a species that didn't have effective "hands."

2 cybernetic arms is a level 14 item, which costs 70,150 credits.

And thankfully, if playing a snek person is what you want, there's two playable species that offer that, and both have arms already: ilthisarians if you're looking for a more purely snake-based appearance, and ramiyel if you're looking more for a more mermaid-like appearance (humanoid torso and snake tail). Note, however that ramiyel are an exclusively female species. They can mate with anyone, but the progeny is always a ramiyel daughter (though theoretically you COULD have a transman ramiyel utilizing magic or hormonal treatments to present as more masculine...).
