Disguise Self is on the psionic spell list.
What exactly are you asking here? Would a Hat of Disguise help?

So far as 'official' Pathfinder rules are concerned, Psychic spells ARE psionics.
For third party, Dreamscarred Press is the most common source / most in line with earlier AD&D psionics. From there it somewhat depends on what you are looking for. The Everyman, Chameleon, and Minor Metamorphosis powers are likely closest.

I would go with No...
An illusion is around you to change your appearance, so Chameleon and things that change you physically would work.
Psionic is about placing a image in the mind of others, which is were most games get things wrong at this point. They get it wrong as they think it along the lines of magic and it is not. So direct attacks work but how many minds can on effect then becomes the real issue. Psionics would be more like professor-X or the Jedi Mind trick.

The only "illusions" that psionic powers have are those in the minds of targets of the power, which limits their effectiveness for things like Disguise Self or Invisibility. Psionic powers are much more effective in physically altering the manifester in ways that can work similarly as Disguise Self.
