Steal-breakers "Exploit Weakness" and VMC Barbarian rage

Hello everyone!

Quick question, can a steal-breaker brawler+VMC barbarian use the ability "Exploit Weakness" while raging? Or is it somehow considered a ability that requires patience or concentration?

"hile in rage, a barbarian cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, Intimidate, and Ride) or any ability that requires patience or concentration."
So the only restrictions I can find on Barb is this.

That steel break ability looks to be a Wis check. So I don't believe its invalid. It isn't casting nor is it char,dex,int based skill check.

so I don't see an issue
