Did anybody else notice that the following spells are mentioned in Gods and Omens?

Aqueous orb
Blistering invective
Mad monkeys
Threefold aspect
Vomit swarm

They're listed as being from the upcoming Advanced Player's Guide. :D

Always loved Aqueous Orb and I'm really excited to see how it is represented in PF2. It'll give us another good Hydromancer spell choice along with the Hydraulic Push/Torrent spells.

Never once used Threefold Aspect, but the idea seems interesting. I kinda wish that it included a small child form as I feel like that would have an enormous amount of RP interest.

I thought this was a blog post for a moment and nearly had a heart attack out of excitement

Yeah, there's been a couple little things like that, including a mention or two in the GMG.

There's a small bet going on on whether or not paizo will spoil the announcement of a new book by referencing it in another book.

Unless I'm mistaken Extinction Curse 2 uses a monster from the upcoming Bestiary 2.

(It also refers to the "Bestiary 6" on multiple occasions, but that seems... less intentional :)

Mad Monkeys has ALWAYS been a staple in my group. It might not be the most effective, but nothing screams, "We don't respect our opponents," like summoning a horde of gibbering chimps to fight.

Also Bestiary 6 refers to the Elite and Weak adjustments.

To expand on Ruzza's point, the '6' is outside the italics and thus not part of the title, it's the page in the Bestiary where the 'Weak' and 'Elite' adjustments are. I think you'll find that all the creatures that have a 6 are one of those two, so it's a valid page number for determining their stats.

Makes sense.

I *did* check the Bestiary 6 from Pathfinder 1 though :)

While I'm glad they're making connections between their products, I hope they don't do this too much. Not having aqueous orb turned me away from playing a cleric of Hanspur.

Silver Crusade

I don't think we have stats for Hanspur yet though anyway?

He's on the one of the tables in Gods and Magic, I believe the "Other Gods" one. He didn't get any lore or a description, but his stats are there.

Actually, I just remembered AoN has G&M stuff now, so here he is. Though there seems to be a typo, he doesn't get Abyssal Plague in the book.

Silver Crusade

Ahhh, they sorted by pantheon/category, not alphabetical, missed em :3

Doesn't appear to be a typo so much as a suggested placeholder spell until the APG comes out.

I just hope that nothing mentioned in Paizo books as being in the Advanced Player's Guide ends up getting cut from it by accident.
