Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 in the greater Seattle area, Paizo has begun rolling out work from home strategies for many of our employees, including our customer service team. Unfortunately we do not yet have a solution for answering phone calls remotely.

We will be at a significantly reduced capacity for answering phone calls Tuesday, March 10th, and we will be temporarily closing phones completely starting Wednesday, March 11th.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but feel the protection and safety of our employees takes priority.

If you need to get in touch with someone at Paizo, please contact or email them directly. If you don't know their address, you can email customer service and we'd be happy to forward your information to them.

We do have voice to text capabilities for our voicemails which sends us an email when voicemails are left in our inbox. If you chose to leave a voicemail, please take care to speak clearly and leave your name, phone number, email address that you use for your paizo.com account, an order number if you have it, and if possible a brief description of your issue.

Any idea how the warehouse is going to be impacted?

Just make sure you're all safe. Our hobby is not so important that you should put yourself in danger. We can certainly wait if that is what is necessary.

I don't think the rest of America understands just how much of a ghost town Seattle is becoming right now... My commute regularly takes an hour and a half to two hours and right now I am getting home in under 1....

I can't imagine what is happening in countries that are already neck deep in this.

Seriously, no one even go in if there’s a chance y’all could get hit. I’d much rather get my package later (or never) than have one of you fine people literally stick out your neck for this. Stay safe. Your lives are the only concern here.

As a customer from Spain I wish all you are well. My country is suffering heavy this pandemic. So, please, do whatever you need to preserve every Paizo worker safe and healthy. If we have to wait two weeks, no problem.
