Over the last few weeks I have been more active than I have ever been on this forum. I really do hope that I am not annoying anybody but, if I am, here is my explanation; I am currently under the quarantine because of the COVID19 virus in China. This has of course meant that my regular weekly gaming group has been unable to meet, and instead of asking our DM to hastily modify his sessions to be played online we are taking it in turns to run a weekly one shot on Roll20. This in turn has meant a lot of character creation, and honestly this character creation, and interacting on here, has been a welcome reprieve from the stress that is now my daily life.
In one of those interactions Scott Wilhelm mentioned Whip build and while I am DMing tomorrow, I cannot help but want to play it next week. Level 15, 25 Point Buy, 240k Starting wealth
So please one more time, what do you think of this

If that's the latest version of the lore warden, it loses the 2nd level bonus feat. If you can use the older version, no problem.
While the big six are important, it's also important not to spend everything on them. You probably want better than 20' speed, and a few emergency items, and a few cost-efficient items like a dusty rose prism ioun stone and a headband of unshakeable resolve, and since you're apparently not doing slashing grace there's no obvious reason not to have something like a magic buckler/light shield.

I'd take a long kick at the equipment list. As AVR mentions, the big six are definitely not everything... I might downgrade the belt to a +4 physical perfection (all 3 stats) - saves you 26000 gp for other stuff, and I wouldn't be too happy with only a 14 con at 15th level...
Unless you want to be completely dependent on your caster friends, you need some sort of mobility boosting effect. Celestial Armor + Celestial Shield? This, of course, wander you into what's your other hand doing if you are using a whip one handed? A volcanic Shield might be another good option.
A snapleaf 750 gp and a Tree Feather Token 400 gp are good consumables for bad problems.
