How to quicken magic without meta magic?

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

I’m playing a wizard/ranger (Wilder Mage) highbred class in a pathfinder game and I am wondering if there is a way to quicken spells without taking the meta magic feat quicken spell? Being only an up to 6th lvl spell caster, I wouldn’t be able to choose the quicken spell feat until very late campaign due to the 4lvl spell raise.
So is there any magical items or anything that can quicken spells?
Thanks

Indeed. They are expensive but the Quicken Metamagic Rods (lesser, normal and greater versions) will do what you want.

That still raises the lvl though right?
Anything that doesn’t raise the lvl of the spell or is that just too much to hope for?

Never mind. I has no clue rods didn’t increase the caster lvl. Thanks man. Definitely something I will invest in!

Yep, best way to quicken is with the rod 3x/day. It's better than having the feat itself, imo.
