So, I'm working on an animal companion guide and I'm trying to provide a table of classes/archetypes/options that grant a character an animal companion and what the progression looks like. So far I have the following.

I have a separate set of tables for feats I just want to make sure this list is complete before I start diving into an analysis of each class option and how they stack up against each other.

Construct Rider alchemist, full class level.

Samurai, Winged Marauder (Alchemist), Shoanti Burn Rider (Barbarian - 3), Cinderlands Adept (Kineticist - 3), Totem Spiritualist, Mounted Fury (Vigilante), Saurian & Scalykind Domains (-2), Oracle (Lunar mystery), Shaman (Mammoth & Nature spirits), Baphomet's Divine Boon, and any class with the Animal Ally feat (-3).
Pack Lord Druid should probably have its own section somewhere in your guide. It's quite tough to build well, and can easily be screwed up. Boon Companion for each AC is an absolute "must have", and the 3pp feat Boon Pack is also nice to have because it gives an additional +2 lvl to each AC and stacks with the +4 from Boon Companion.

Apparently I missed quite a few options. I may need to rethink the organization of my table. Some of these have pretty severe limitations on what you can pick as an animal companion.
Pack Lord Druid should probably have its own section somewhere in your guide. It's quite tough to build well, and can easily be screwed up. heh, actually the whole focus of the guide is multiple animal companions. So, yeah I agree it can be difficult, hence the guide.
Ranger (falconer). Mostly covered by ranger but you get it at 1st level (albeit with only half hit points until reaching the normal hunter's bond level).

Well I can't wait to see the finished product. I was just trying to look up multiple AC builds using multiple classes on the google machine not even a week ago and I couldn't find what I was looking for. The demand exists for your supply! ;)

I have nothing to add, but when do you expect to finish the guide and will you add a link to it on this thread when you’re done? Only played a single animal companion class (xblooded sylvan sorcerer who trained it as a mount... always nice to be able to metamagic AND move) not something I’ve looked into much. Wouldn’t mind taking a read at some point.
