If an Oracle takes the feat Major Spell Expertise, can they select Lesser Spellcasting Contract as their Spell-Like Ability and hand out spells they know twice per day as a standard action each? I'm interested in a character concept that acts like a warlock's patron for others and want to know exactly what can or can't be done.

i believe the Spellcasting Contract spells are on the cleric/oracle spell list if and only if the caster is a cleric of Asmodeus, which oracles generally aren’t. For the OP, beyond the ambiguity of whether the spell would function at all for a spontaneous caster or as a spell like ability, it would retain its 10 minute cast time, so I don’t think there’s much value there.

I'm not particularly concerned with the cast time, just if it would allow me to use concept. 2/day granting spells and gaining minor buffs
