Grease and Tanglefoot Bag?

Hi,

If a character gets hit with a tanglefoot bag and fails his reflex save he is glued to the ground according to the rules. If he is then hit with a grease spell and fails that reflex save can he fall to the ground since he is already glued to it while standing?

Yes. All being glued prevents is leaving the square.
