Is caster champion worth it for a brawlers martial flexability feat?

I'm trying to build a melee type not something I've a lot of experience with to get an idea of how Brawler works and I'm just wondering does anyone have experience with https://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/caster-s-champion-combat/ and do you think its worth taking for martial flexability? I'd rather keep the more useful ones like power attack for a regular feat and I'm looking for less required options for the martial flexibility gain feat x for 1 minute and this seems a possibility. For 1 minute you can channel an allied casters power to gain a bonus to damage rolls.

The best feat choices for Martial Flexibility are any that are situationally useful or that you can only use a severely limited number of times per day.

Caster's Champion is only useable 3/day thus it fits that qualification. Though honestly, there are far better feats to expend your martial flexibility on. That said, it absolutely is a good general purpose choice fall-back when none of the more situational options are a good or obvious pick.

Also, do note, that Caster's Champion only provides it's bonus for 1 round after each activation. So for the 1 minute that you have the use of the feat, you only get benefit of it for 3 rounds total. Additionally, the uses per day for the feat DO NOT reset when you activate Martial Flexibility again. So once you've used your 3 rounds of Caster's Champion, the feat is useless until the next day.

Dedicated adversary will generally be better. Though the type you pick with that will be set for the day, so caster's champion might be a useful backup if you chose poorly.

Thanks for the advice, I missed the 1 round bit. Don't normally play martial characters and the guides I can find online are great for race or the like but never seem to suggest feats that are good assuming you'll figure it out. I know I want weapon focus, power attack, exotic weapon proficiency - bastard sword, improved critical and the like but those are all things I want permanently on as it were.

Ah well I've some guidelines now and I'll take a look at dedicated adversary.

avr, can you show me where it says it'll be set for the day? The only time it ever came up for me was as a Warsighted Oracle in Iron Gods...came across some Kasatha undead skeletons, which my character had never come across, so I reasoned I couldn't use Dedicated Adversary on anyway until I came across them again.

Taking a look, I may be remembering the rule for the paragon surge spell and applying it here. Which probably isn't required so dedicated adversary away to your heart's content.

since you can pick dedicated adversary for different creature types, you can just pick it again for a new kind of enemy each time you use it.
