I'm certain this would make many DM lives much easier.

For example, monsters or items introduced in an AP that could be use anywhere such as

Age of Ashes Spoiler:
Grauladon or Graveshell
be printed in the next Bestiary being released. I tend to play AP's but run homebrews, and having access to these things in a bestiary is much more convenient than having to track down which AP a specific monster was in to use it effectively.

Both of those creatures are on Archives of Nethys, here and here.

Not all monsters from adventures will show up on there (named NPCs rarely or never do, and other monsters might be excluded like the electric snake thing from FoP) but a good chunk of them will appear on there.

I thought so too.

Or at least, create an index of all unique stat blocks that appear only in an adventure supplement.

I was to understand that for all of Paizo's rabid fans, none bother creating such an index.

It was extremely common for AP bestiary monsters to show up in the hardcover Bestiary releases in the 1E era. I'd be quite surprised to learn that this would change in 2E.

I kind of like it if monsters don't appear in bestiaries (tho I know they will).
It makes me feel like it's a waste of space in my AP content if it gets repeated in a hardcover.
If you want all the creatures in one spot, it's super simple to open the PDF in an editor or reader and make a new PDF of all the pages you want.

When I expect my group to encounter monsters I print out their entries and keep them in my campaign binder. When the Battle Cards come out I'll use those instead. For AP monsters I'll make my own cards. If they encounter something I didn't prepare for there's always the book or PDF at hand.

I'd also prefer it that content isn't duplicated. Use that space for something new instead.
