Last Wall Sentry has a feature that can yield initiative bonuses, even to the entire party.
I would also consider this- in addition to increasing "initiative" its important to consider your initiative in other circumstances, such as when sneaking. A high wisdom is the conventionally useful initiative stat, but in other situations, you might be stuck using dexterity, or even charisma (other stats are likely much more situational for this, but I could see it) so ensuring you have a decent modifier in the stats that are most frequently used for initiative will likely help you quite a bit.

Trying to find more than 1 way to boost initiative in PF2 is tough because any circumstance to initiative will override or be replaced by any circumstance bonus to perception or other skill used to roll for it. I don't believe currently there are any item bonuses to initiative, and the only status bonus to initiative comes through the spell foresight.
So if you have a +2 circumstance bonus to initiative, there really is no tactical or other way to exceed that bonus currently.
The best way to boost initiative is to advance the proficiency of your favored initiative skill as quickly as possible, have it match your primary attribute, and find a reliable way to get a +2 circumstance bonus. As it stands now, I don't think any class on a fast track of perception gets a class bonus to wisdom, so rogues probably sit at the head of the initiative table, with the fastest ability to boost relevant initiative skills and the fastest boosts to perception.

Doesn't Canny Acumen let you boost you perception which is often initiative? Only to Expert so no good for those already with Expert or once you reach it (then you retrain)
It boosts whatever you took it on to Master at 17th, so it can also be a decent 19th-level general feat for anyone stuck at Expert, or for humans a 17th-level General Training feat.
