Update v.3.0.0
It's been awhile, but finally a more substantial update to the sheet. There is now a new tab labeled "Polymorph" which allows you to track adjustments to a variety of statistics while polymorphed into a different form. This is a long overdue feature that has been in my notes to work on for awhile, but since I just had a PC decide to be a Kitsune with their Change Shape ability - it helped finally motivate me to carve out a bit of time to make this new tab.
Primary feature of the new tab is allowing you to take values from the polymorphed form, use a bonus from polymorph to your original values, or use the better of the two when a polymorph effect allows you to do so. It also automatically applies things like ignoring reductions to skills/speed from your armor - as this is a standard effect of polymorph abilities. Overall, it is meant as a space to easily track all of the changes that are likely to occur when using a polymorph effect.
There is also room to enter any attacks gained form the new form, which will use the better modifier of what is granted by the form or your unarmed attack modifier. If you are using Wildshape, there is a checkbox which will add the +2 to your unarmed attack modifier as per the rules of Wildshape.
Companion Creature
Probably more importantly, the Companion Creature tab got a makeover to account for the Eidolon rules in Secrets of Magic! This is a quick draft since I only got a chance to look at the rules today - so let me know if anything is missing and/or incorrect. The version# increase is due to the new Spellcasting section for Eidolons causing a small error on the GM Sheet side if using a v3.0.0 GM Sheet with a v2 Character Sheet. More details in the GM Post.
---
Since the number of tabs on the character sheet keeps increasing - I just want to put a reminder that you can click the arrow on a tab and select "Hide Sheet" from the menu that pops up to remove it from the selection without deleting it. This can allow you to temporarily remove tabs that your character doesn't need, while still being able to get them back later if you take feats/spells which would grant those options.
For example: A martial character could potentially hide the following tabs as being unneeded: Companion Creature, Formulas, Spellcasting, Spell 2, and Polymorph. Later if they start investing in crafting feats, they could unhide the Formulas tab to gain access to just that while leaving the unnecessary tabs hidden.

Update v.4.0.0
It's been a long time, but a notable update to the sheet.
Going through some of the Remaster rules, updated notes in several places to match new rules. Biggest sheet updates are the changes to Spell Proficiency [No longer separated by tradition, but allow you to track by ability score in case of multiple casting stats] and the Crafting Rules / Tracking in the Formula tab.
Will by trying to run a group through a campaign using the Remaster rules at the start of the new year, and will keep an eye out if I missed anything substantial that needs to be updated to match the Remaster rules.
