Bolstered Resilience + Terra-cotta Soldier

Rules Questions

Sczarni

If I'm crafting a Terra-cotta Soldier (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/constructs/terra-cotta-s oldier), can it utilize the Bolstered Resilience feat (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/bolstered-resilience), since constructs are "not subject to fatigue"?

I reason this would effectively give it DR 10/bludgeoning against the first successful attack each round.

The feat does not require you to be subject to fatigue in order to use it, so RAW it works just fine.

Just don't get upset if one of your players tries to pull the same sort of combo later on.
