The Maestro's Instrument, Dancing Scarf, and Persona Mask are all 3rd level magic items, depending on what type of performance you favor.

Silvertongue Mutagen is a consumable, but will add to Performance (along with all other Cha Skills) when used.
A Maestro's Instrument, as mentioned, grants a bonus to playing the instrument.
A Dancing Scarf is the same level as the Maestro's Instrument and adds to Performance checks to dance at the same rate, and a Persona Mask does the same again for acting.
Looks like there's nothing for singing or oratory right now, but that's still a hefty list when examined.

Wearing the mask grants a +1 item bonus to Performance checks while acting, orating, performing comedy, or singing.

Its worth point out that the Virtuoso Instrument and the Maestro's Instrument are not the same thing.
The Virtuoso instrument is a non-magical but finely crafted item costing 2gp that adds a +1 to perform when using the instrument.
The Lesser Meastro Instrument is a magical instrument costing 60 gp which adds a +1 to perform when using the instrument, but can also cast charm.
Actually the Virtuoso instrument is the 50 gp version of Musical Instrument. The 2gp version adds nothing.
Sorry, I looked at the table on AON wrong. The 2gp is the heavy regular musical instrument.
You are correct that the one that add a performance bonus is 50 gp.
