PFS module 1-00 part of subscription?

Pathfinder Starfinder Society Subscriber

I bought PFS module 1-00 when I thought it was not part of my complementary subscription. It is now showing up on the PFS subscription page. If that is not an error, could I get credit for that module that I mistakenly purchased when I should have received it for free? If that is an error, you may want to fix it before you get too many more complaints.

Also, is my complementary SFS subscription active? I am seeing contradictory indications about it on the "My Subscriptions" page.

Hello David,

You should be able to see the PDFs on your Digital Content page now. You also should be able to see the Starfinder subscription on your My subscriptions page.

Thanks for fixing the SFS subscription -- it looks correct now.

But since the issue with 1-00 wasn't that the module was missing but that I paid for it between the time it became available and the time it was added to the complementary PFS subscription, can anything be done to refund the payment I made for it when I had no reason to believe that it would become part of the subscription? I am sure that I am not the only person that this is an issue for.

And that's the same boat that I'm in, too... I bought the -00 since I didn't recall those being included in subs before... which is very exciting! Can't wait for "the easy way" in 2E Season 2

As it's just $5, though, it's not that costly, as my impatient mistakes go ;)

I apologize for the misunderstanding. I have issued you both refunds to your original payment methods. You will be able to see them as soon as your banks process them.

Oh, come to think of it, I think I also should have 1-00 available, and I also have the same ambiguous situation with my Starfinder Society complimentary subscription.

I have the same issue. I didn't know this was part of the subscription and bought it separately.

If a refund is an option that would be great.

Same here, I bought it separately, because I thought it wasn't part of the subscription as the scenarios were granted while this wasn't.
