Focus Cantrips

If I have this right, focus cantrips (e.g., the Bard's Composition cantrips) cost a focus point to cast. True? False?

Focus spells and cantrips are mutually exclusive; the former costs focus points and the latter is free.

Don't recall reading that. I'll look again. I suspect it's in the Bard article, no?

To be clear (un-necessary for OP's question), while that is normal state of affairs, it isn't so clear cut in this case.

Composition spells are Bard's Focus spell, and Composition Cantrips are described as special Composition spell that don't cost Focus Points.
That is probably shortest way to describe them, since they are gained like Focus spells with Feat and don't use Cantrip "slot" or relearning mechanic.
Being Focus spells also makes sense if you want them located in unique Bard Focus spell section, and not general spell section.
Ultimately, Focus spells being Class specific magic seems most important organizational concept, and excepting these from costing Points is simple.
