True she could use that name just by adding a _

And you could add some pants.

I do what I want.

No, you do what I want. And I want you to put on some pants.

Still have that alias eh?

Did you think I would get rid of it?

More like hoped.

Never. I'll never get rid of it.

“Aw, nuts!”

I'm not getting rid of those, either.

Don't worry you'll find another ms. gran some day.

They're all the nuts I need.

Nope I can't think of anything to follow that.

Sovereign Court

Well, usually when someone mentions nuts, you say something about a squirrel.

I am curious about the effects of Olympic lifts but I was told by the people at the meet my traps would get bigger. I've always felt I was a little bottom heavy(its expectable - what do you expect from kitties who run half marathons and further distances for sh*ts and giggles)

I am also curious if it's possible to train them without doing the actual motion as my gym won't allow it as it's too congested.

My current project is to continue gaining strength despite on a weekday 500 cal deficit. Or when I can make that 500 cal deficit. Haven't been very compliant. I wonder how much strength I can pack on relatively low body weight, I.e str to weight ratio.

Swole Kitty wants to get more swole! Yeah!!

Well Isn't that just the cat's meow?

Fun Fact!

The Egyptian Mau breed of cat is probably the oldest breed of domestic cat. In fact, the Egyptian word for 'cat' is 'mau'. Which leads to this thought: Did they name the cat after the sound it makes? i.e.

Early Egyptian: "Hey, aren't you a cute little critter. What are you?"
Cat: "Mau."
Early Egyptian: "Mau? Okay, you're a mau."

So that cat is a pokemon is what I'm getting out of this.

Mort are you a pokemon? Meinfoo maybe?

Are you suggesting that she just says "Mort mort mort mort. Mort mortmort. MORT!" and the computer translates it for her?

And when she evolves it will sound more like Swol_cat! Swol_cat!Swol_CAt!Swol_cat!Swol_cat! SwOL_cat!

Mew? I just ran 44.44km. Half trail half road hybrid ultra. Took me from 5.15am to 11.45am to complete including water stop, potty break, tailwind stop etc =P

I am now a flat kitty =)

Flat kitty? Makes it easier to fit under doors I would imagine.

Flat Kitty is opposite of Swole Kitty! Must we be enemies, or do we become unlikeliest of friends?

I would think round kitty would be the opposite.

♫ Soft Kitty, Warm Kitty ♫
♫ These are both my friends! ♫
♫ Flattened Kitty, Rounded Kitty ♫
♫ They must end. ♫

<--ish kitty rug. This is a half trail, half road hybrid ultra so the total elevation was around 500-600m ish and of course my knees are killing me today.

Running and strength training are a bit of an odd mix,as in strength training helps you be less injury prone for running, but running affects your gainz. Buckets were bloody heavy today.

Oh I saw King Kong vrs Godzilla. It was pretty good actually!

Buckets of blood? Sounds like my kind of workout!

So give them blood, blood, gallons of the stuff

Give them all that they can drink and it will never be enough
So give them blood, blood, blood!
Grab a glass because there's going to be a flood

I think that was My chemical Romance or something. I had a ex that listened to them all the time.

Only MCR song I know of is Black Parade.

Yes I know that one. That one was played far to many times. Only song I hate that I have heard more is the Beverly hills song by weezer. That song made me turn against the whole band.

I never really heard MCR until a few years ago (someone referenced Black Parade, so I looked it up on Youtube and didn't care for it), but Beverly Hills, yeah. That got overplayed a bit. I do still kind of like their Buddy Holly song. A little. Really just the video. I think it's well done and kinda funny.

Rock Band made Weezer overplayed for me with just Say It Ain't So.

Never played Rock Band. My brother had Guitar Hero 1 and 2 (and maybe another one), so I got tired of other songs.

The song I hate most for being overplayed has to be Blue by Eiffel 65. I never liked the song to begin with, but I was in college when it hit big and I couldn't seem to escape it for a whole freakin' year. Everywhere I went, even just walking from my apartment to the commons to check the mail, it seemed like I heard it blaring from people's apartments. And it wasn't like they all just happened to be listening to the same radio station. I would hear it end from one apartment, just to hear it start again from a different one. Or from a car driving by. Or it would be playing in the commons building. Or on the TVs in the cafeteria. Or from my roommate's stereo. Just friggin' everywhere!

Yeah don't care for that one either. I did like hash pipe before Beverly hills killed the band for me.

Admittedly, I got tired of the songs from hearing my brother play them over and over. I never cared for the game that much, so I mainly only played it when he wanted to "battle" me. Which he pretty much always won, of course, because I basically didn't play otherwise.

I didn't do rock band but I was killer at guitar Hero. I beat through the fire and flame on hard. I beat the devil went down to Georgia remix on GH3 expert mode as well. It has been a long time I am probably awful now.

Mmm looking at my gamin forerunner 245,it seems I need to up my exercise game if I'm to progress, but I'm not sure how. More weights? I want to run 66km come June but I'm not sure if I'm capable of it.

Yeah at your plateau I don't have a clue. You are way past my level. I know you have to keep making substantial changes to your routine once you get to a plateau.

Gotta keep your body guessing. That's why some days I walk 3 miles, eat only raw organic greens, and do 2 hours of yoga, while other days I sit on the couch for 19 hours, eat 4 bags of Flamin' Hot Cheetos, and drink 7 liters of cola.

I think that is how you get a heart attack actually.

So go on the offensive. Attack that heart before it can attack you!

Brilliant!

UGH I don't think I'm getting enough sleep. maybe just my tolerance for people is dropping.

Have you read Why We Sleep?? It’s pretty eye-opening (oh god I swear that wasn’t intentional). According to big old piles of research yes, reduced sleep does lead to increased aggression, irritability, fight-response to stress, and plain old shanking obnoxos.

So... IRL rage follows fatigue not the other way round?
