If someone were to multiclass an Eldrich Archer with a kineticist, since the kineticist's blast is a (spell like ability) with what I believe to be a ranged touch attack, would it then be possible to use the Eldrich Archer's spell combat to shoot say for example (a flaming arrow) using a longbow in unison?

From the Magus ability:
and can also cast any spell from the magus spell list
whenever a magus casts a spell with a range of “touch” from the magus spell list
As both specify the Magus spell list, and Eldritch Archer only modifies and not replaces these abilities, and doesn't list any changes to spell lists, definitely not - the kineticist's blast is not on their list. There are several reasons, but that's the easiest one! :)

Burn isnt used to activate a blast (unless it's a composite blast). It is however used to modify the blast, which is partly why form infusions don't work with Conductive.
I mean I get why it might work that way, but blasts are weird, and don't follow the standard rules of such abilities having uses per day.
