If you dip one level in two do you have Skill Unlock for the rest of your character career?

Rules Questions

So if i level dip into Rogue/Unchained, would I qualify for the unchained skill rank abilities for the rest of my characters non-rogue levels indefinitely? I know it sounds like a simple question, but you can never be to sure about these things.

unchained rogue get it at level 5 and every few levels there after, 1-2 level dips won't help you.
there is a feat that unlock a skill i think.

ah my mistake then.

She gains the skill unlock powers for that skill as appropriate for her number of ranks in that skill

So, if you "dip" 5 levels of rogue, then the ranks from other classes would stack with the ranks from rogue for determining the unlocks it gets.

The feat for getting skill unlocks is Signature Skill.

commentary
in general earned class abilities/features are cumulative (such as BAB, saves, skill points).
in general when multiclassing class levels do not stack for individual class abilities unless the class in question says so (see prestige classes). Sometimes multiclassing is restricted when 'hybrid' classes are used.
Prestige classes tend to dump original class features which is a pain in the posterior (such as school or bloodline abilities, familiar gains, animal companion gains).
PF in general reworked the classes slightly to encourage a PC to stay single classed. Rampant multiclassing is seen as problematic. Older class designs tend to have a lot of abilities in the first two levels. Specific class feature naming is used to make abilities clearly non-cumulative or not interactive with other highly similar class abilities.
PF Unchained is a reworking of some classes. They are designed not to work well with other classes and spread out class abilities making the gains more linear. There are a few added abilities and mechanics to make them interesting and equivalent to existing classes.
The jargon term used for different class levels accumulating on a particular ability or abilities being cumulative is 'stacking' or 'stacks'.
