is it possible to use the Xenopterid King as as the base vermin to add the entothrope template to an human ?
Here, only an hydrid/vermin form ?
Ability Scores: Int –2 and Wis +2 in all forms; Dex +2 and Con +2 in hybrid and vermin forms. Entothropes are observant, but their minds work in inefficient ways. In addition to these adjustments to the base creature’s stats, an entothrope’s ability scores change when she assumes hybrid or insect form. In human form, the entothrope’s ability scores are unchanged from the base creature’s form.
In hybrid and insect form, the entothrope’s ability scores are the same as the base creature’s or the base vermin’s, whichever ability score is higher.
In human form : Int - 2 Wis + 2
In hydrid/vermin form : Int - 2 Wis + 2 Dex +2 and Con +2Base vermin : Str 24 (24-10=+14), Dex 21, Con 23, Int —, Wis 16, Cha 11
For example human base : Str 14 Dex 14 Con 12 Int 16 -> 14 Wis 12 ->14 Cha 12
Hydrid/vermin form : Str 14 -> 28 Dex 14 -> 24 -> 26 Con 12 -> 24 -> 26 Int 14 Wis 14->20 Cha 12 ?

The xenopterid is a vermin that just happens to look very humanlike. It is still eligible for the template.
And for this :
For example human base : Str 14 Dex 14 Con 12 Int 16 -> 14 Wis 12 ->14 Cha 12
Hydrid/vermin form : Str 14 -> 28 Dex 14 -> 24 -> 26 Con 12 -> 24 -> 26 Int 14 Wis 14->20 Cha 12 ?
Is it possible to add the following template in this order :
Entothrope (human+advanced xenopterid) -> Deep creature->Implacable stalker->Tulpa->Trompe l'oeil
It is possible to do whatever you want. You can make up your own creature without any templates at all if that is what you desire.
A better question is would the challenge rating calculated still be appropriate after so many templates, and I would say that I wouldn't count on it to be. Depending on specific interactions, I wouldn't be surprised if a creature created with 5 or so templates wasn't a one or two CR off (in either direction) from what the formula said it would be.
I assume that you're the GM?
If so, then stuff like this is merely guideline anyway. Templated creatures, with a few exceptions mostly involving summoning or companion feats, exist solely at the GM's discretion. A more illuminating question might be, "Is my creature concept best represented by a human with the entothrope (advanced xenopterid), deep, implacable stalker, tulpa, and tompe l'oeil templates?"
Incidentally, if it is, I'm extremely curious what said concept is. o_O
